HOPESEQ is an in-house web app developed to help the curation of genomic data from multiple sources like CMDL (COH panel), Invitae, Ashion and more. The application has been upgraded to support multiple teams at the same time. It has a knowledge base which can be used for automated annotation of variants. We are in the process of integrating ‘Common Data Model’ to pull genomic data into HopeSeq for curation.
